If you have trouble accessing files or you want us to allow a certain file type, please get in touch with our support team via in-app chat. The file size limit for each of these types is 10 MB. If you need to send unsupported or executable file types to your customers via Messenger, we recommend hosting those as secure downloads on your website or using a file hosting service such as Dropbox or Google Drive.
